Do Opinionated People Trigger Anxiety in You?

Do you get triggered by very opinionated people? Growing up attempting to maintain peace often leads to surrendering to the loudest, most assertive voices and accepting their version of reality as truth. This can be particularly challenging to remember when opinionated individuals display certainty whilst personal default involves self-doubt and assuming others are right.

Remember - volume and conviction DO NOT always equate to correctness.

Recognition of these patterns represents important progress in understanding your anxiety triggers. Just because you have some self doubt, doesn’t mean you are wrong.
